Getting Started with the Kindra User App

Welcome to the Kindra User App! Whether you’re new to the platform or need a refresher, this section will guide you through the basics of using the app. Learn how to set up your profile, navigate the interface, and start posting loads with ease.

Setting Up Your Account:
Step 1: User Name

Type in your preferred User Name – this could be your name or a nickname you’ll use to log in.

Step 2: Email

Enter your Email address. Make sure it’s an active email since you’ll receive important notifications here.

Step 3: Phone Number

Add your Phone Number – this helps us stay connected with you and send updates about jobs.

Step 4: Company Number (for businesses)

If you have a registered company, find your Company Number on Companies House.

Step 5: Company Name

Enter your Company Name. This can be your business name or the name of the company you’re working with.

Step 6: Select Location

Tap on Select Location and find your address. If you can’t find it, click “Didn’t Find Address?” and enter it manually.

Step 7: Password

Create a Password that’s at least 8 characters long, includes one uppercase letter, one special character (like !, $, etc.), and one number to keep your account secure.

Step 8: Confirm Password

Re-enter your password to confirm it matches.

Step 9: Terms & Conditions

Before completing the sign-up, review the Service Agreement, Privacy and Data Protection, and Additional Clauses by tapping on each button. You must click “Accept” after reviewing them, or you won’t be able to sign up.

Important: Double-check all your details (email, phone number, company information, etc.). If anything is incorrect, it could lead to service issues, like missing notifications or delays with jobs.

Step 10: Click Signup

Finally, click the Signup button and you’re all set!

You can log in later using the Login Now link if you already have an account.

Delete Your Account

If you’re sure you want to delete your account, you’re in the right place. Before you continue, please take a moment to review what happens when you permanently delete your account.


What Happens When You Delete Your Account?

Deleting your account will permanently remove all your personal data, including:

  • Your name, address, email, phone number, company number, and vehicle registration (if applicable).
  • Any previous jobs or loads posted, and all job history.
  • You will lose access to features such as return loads, cheaper prices, loyalty rewards, and delivery reliability.

Please note that all data will be deleted except for information that we are legally required to keep under UK law, such as records of jobs completed. Once deleted, this action cannot be undone.


Important Things to Know Before Deleting

  • Data Loss: All your posted loads, job history, and account details will be permanently deleted. However, invoices will have been sent to your registered email.
  • Legal Obligations: Certain information may be retained according to UK law, even after your account is deleted.
  • Outstanding Payments: Any unpaid invoices must be settled even after your account is deleted. You will still be responsible for these payments.
  • Loss of Features: Deleting your account will result in the loss of return load options, loyalty benefits, and cost savings tied to your account.

Alternatives to Deleting Your Account

If you’re unsure about permanently deleting your account, here are some alternatives:

  • Deactivate Your Account: Temporarily deactivate your account and take a break. Your data will remain with us until you decide to return or delete permanently.
  • Unsubscribe from Emails: If you no longer wish to receive communications, you can unsubscribe.

If these options sound better, consider them before choosing to delete.

Efficiently managing your completed deliveries is crucial for staying organized and ensuring you get paid on time. Here’s how you can quickly check and review all your completed loads in the Kindra Driver App.


1. Navigate to the Home Screen

Begin by opening the Kindra Driver App and heading to the Home Screen. This is your central hub for all app activities, including managing your completed deliveries.


2. Click on the "Previous Loads" Tab

At the top of your Home Screen, you’ll see the “Previous Loads” tab. Tap on this tab to access a comprehensive list of all your completed deliveries.


3. Browse Your Completed Loads

Once inside the “Previous Loads” tab, you’ll find a list of all the loads you’ve successfully completed. Each entry is organized by date, making it easy to find specific deliveries.


4. View Detailed Load Information

Tap on any completed load entry to access detailed information about that delivery. Here, you can review key details such as:

  • Date Completed: The exact date when the load was delivered.
  • Load Information: A summary of the load, including contents and any special instructions.
  • Price to be Paid: The amount you’re owed for the completed delivery.
  • Contact Information: Details of the customer or recipient, should you need to follow up.
  • Delivery Signature: A digital copy of the recipient’s signature, confirming the successful delivery.

By regularly checking and organizing your completed loads, you can ensure that all your deliveries are accounted for, payments are tracked, and any potential issues are quickly addressed.

Maximize your efficiency and earnings with the Kindra Driver App by posting and accepting return loads. Follow these simple steps to ensure you never drive home empty.


1. Press the "Return Load" Tab:

Start by navigating to the bottom of the Kindra Driver App and tapping on the “Return Load” tab. This is your gateway to posting loads for your return journey.


2. Tap the Plus Icon (+) to Post a New Return Load:

In the Return Load menu, you’ll see a plus icon at the top right. Tap it to begin creating your return load post.


3. Enter Your Collection Location:

Specify the location where you can collect the return load. This helps users find you when they need to book a return trip.


4. Enter Your Return Location:

Fill in your final destination or return location. This ensures that only relevant load requests reach you.


5. Set Your Availability Time:

Provide the time window when you’ll be available to pick up the load. Accurate timing helps ensure smooth and efficient bookings.


6. Click "Submit":

Once all the details are filled in, click “Submit” to post your return load. Your load is now visible to users looking for a return trip.


Accepting a Return Load

When a user wants to book your return load, all requests will appear in your Return Load tab. Stay on top of your bookings by regularly checking this section.


8. Open Your Posted Return Load and Review Requests:

Tap on your posted return load. At the top, you’ll see a “Requests” button. Click it to view all the booking requests.


9. Review and Select the Best Request:

Go through the list of requests and choose the one that best fits your route and schedule. This ensures you get the most out of your return journey.


10. Click "Accept" to Confirm:

Once you’ve found the ideal load, click “Accept” to confirm the booking. This secures the job, and you’re ready to get started.


11. Start the Job as Usual:

Begin the job just like any other load in the Kindra Driver App. Keep the process smooth by updating your status as you progress.

7. Track Your Job in the "Current Loads" Tab

After accepting the load, it will automatically be transferred to the “Current Loads” tab. Here, you can monitor your job progress, ensuring that you stay on top of your deliveries.


8. Complete the Job and Update Progress

As you work through the job, make sure to regularly update your status within the app. This keeps all parties informed and ensures smooth delivery operations.
